All classes are one hour in length.
Beginner classes are for students new to yoga.
Level 1 classes are designed for students learning the foundation postures, basic alignment and new to breathing and meditation techniques.
Level 1-2 sessions are for students starting to deepen their practice. Expect to experience static postures and techniques to flowing sequences.
